I recently lost my dad very sudden and I did not know what to do as I have never had to deal with a funeral before. So I rang whittlesea funeral services and the team was fantastic and helped us with everything and made such a hard time a lot easier for us and cared for my dad with the upmost respect. Whittlesey Independent Funeral Services are excellent in every way. From my first contact with them I was treated with respect and compassion. They carried out all the arrangements for my husband's service, making every step clear and stress-free. I was told of all the costs up-front, no hidden surprises. At the Crematorium everyone was treated with dignity, including my husband. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Carl and his team really looked after us during a difficult time. They put together a beautiful funeral, and organised everything. They also helped keep costs reasonable for what we chose, and with an absolute minimum of fuss. A quote from their local competitors was significantly more expensive, and yet Carl managed to provide higher quality in everything provided.

I want to say what a professional and caring service I received from Whittlesea Independent Funeral Service. When my father died unexpectedly on a Friday evening I contacted them and they were very kind and told me what I needed to do. They came and picked up my father and showed the utmost respect. When arranging the cremation they couldn’t have done more they listened to my mothers requests and acted on them. Due to circumstances there was a month between my father’s death and the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day it went without a hitch. I would highly recommend their service to any one.

We recently used Carl and his team for my fathers funeral. I can't recommend them enough, excellent personable service and great communication and assistance throughout the whole process. The ceremonial celebrant Jenny, who Carl arranged provided a lovely ceremony. As much as we would never want to, we wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.
